企业人性化管理存在的问题及纠偏策略

摘    要:人性化管理是现代企业管理中一种高层次的管理方式,其内涵十分丰富,但最重要的有技术层面和价值层面。从这两个层面分析,现阶段企业人性化管理实践中存在的比较突出的问题有:没有处理好人性化管理与制度化管理的关系;忽视个体利益;简单将人性化管理等同于“人情化”管理,等等。要解决这些问题,需从以下几方面入手:决策和信息人性化;人力资源管理人性化;塑造以人为本的企业文化。

Abstract:Human- orientation management is at the higher level in enterprise management. It is of rich connotations, among which the most important are at technology and value levels. Analyzing the two levels, we find that the problems existing in the practice of current human - orientation management in enterprises mainly include the following such as inefficiently handling the relationship between human- orientation management and the management with systems; neglect of individuals' interest; simply taking human - orientation as the management based on human feelings, and so on. To solve these problems, we should begin with the following aspects such as making decision making, information, and human - resource management based on hu- man - orientation;build the enterprise culture based on human - orientation.
