“80后”大学生与“80后”农民工就业现象解读

“80后”的就业问题关系到城乡社会的稳定，关系到我国现代化建设的顺利发展。“80后”农民工和“80后”大学生在就业观念、就业态度、就业途径、就业成本、就业结果等方面都有差异。这些差异的主要原因则是教育投入的高预期性带来的精英就业模式使大学生具有较高的职业期待，而社会资源的强弱与多寡已成为两者职业分化的重要影响因素，但两者在职业规划方面所体现的趋同性与一致性，也充分表明他们都迫切需要有职业规划的引导。
