| 摘 要： | 在信息时代,教师权力受到了社会发展的挑战,教师权力现状不容乐观。教师权力转型存在社会实践基础,而西方权力理论为教师权力转型提供了理论依据,其中的＂软权力＂应该成为教师权力转型的主要依据。
