| 摘 要： | 从 5 0年代初起开始了新中国的治安管理学科教材建设并取得了很大成绩 ,但在教材的编写组织、教材内容以及教材的种类等方面还存在许多不足之处。因此 ,要坚持由公安部统一组织编写为主 ,要按不同学历、职务、衔级层次编写教材 ,要按照编写教材的程式化要求组织编写。

| Abstract: | From early 50s,the building of the teaching materials on the subject of public security management was launched and since then great achievement has been made.However,there are still lots of imperfections and defects in the material compilation, contents and types. It's insisted that the key materials used should be compiled by the staff organized by Ministry of Public Securty to ensure the authoritativeness;compiled based on the need of different academic credentials,work posts and ranks for the purpost of highlighting the tieredness and compiled in line with the patterns and stylization required to ensure the standardization. |
