SPECIALIZATION OF THE INVESTIGATION ON ECONOMIC CRIMES AND THE TRAINING OF THE PERSONNEL IN THIS FIELD

The special characters of an economic crime involving economy, complexity and concealment lead the investigation on economic crime towards the road of specialization. Specialization of the investigation on economic crime includes three aspects. They are: specialization of the investigation organs, specialization of the investigation teams, specialization of the investigation means. The key point of the building of the specialization is that we should have a specialized team of high quality. Therefore, we must devote much attention to economic crimes as well as the education and training of the personnel in this field.
