2004年上半年中国宏观经济的调控

针对中国经济出现三大问题:粮食生产锐减、投资增长过快以及大量的滥用土地,中央自2003年下半年起采取果断措施,加强宏观调控,到2004年上半年已经取得了显著的效果。树立科学的发展观,转变经济增长方式是中国经济健康、持续、快速发展的保证。

Macro-Control and Adjustment of China's Economy for the First Half of 2004

In 2003,there were three problems in Chinese economy which were the sharp reduction of grain yield, too fast increment of investment and large-scale abusing of land. So, the central government resolutely took actions to strengthen macro-adjustment and control and get remarkable effect. In order to achieve healthy, sustainable and rapid development in economy, we should establish the scientific concept of development and change economic mode.
