| 摘 要： | 全球化是当今时代的一个重要特征。全球化的发展,国际政治与国内政治的界限日益模糊,对现代国家制度产生了强有力的冲击。作为现代国家制度的重要组成部分,现代外交制度的转型在所难免。通过考察全球化特别是全球公民社会发展对现代外交制度的影响,可以把握现代外交制度转型的方向。本文在考察外交制度的概念、现代外交制度的形态以及全球化对现代外交制度影响的基础上,得出结论:新民主外交将是现代外交制度转型的方向。

| Abstract: | Globalization is a very important characteristic of our times.With the development of globalization,international politics and domestic politics have been intermixed and the institutional system of modern states has also been changed greatly.As one of the important parts of modern state system,the transformation of modern diplomatic institutions has become an inevitable trend of our times.Through exploring the impact of globalization,especially the rise of global civil society,on modern diplomatic institutions,we can grasp the future direction of diplomatic institutions.Based on examining the concept and formation of modern diplomatic institutions and the influence of globalization on the institutions,the paper comes to the conclusion: the new democratic diplomacy will be the transformational direction of modern diplomatic institutions. |
