陕西高等院校实行“双语教学”面临的问题及其对策

双语教学在陕西的实施,面临着师资匮乏、经验不足、教材缺乏、学生外语水平低下以及教学手段落后等障碍,为此,必须有重点地培养我省高校的双语教师,并通过多种形式引进国外原版专业教材,改革我国传统的外语教学方式,加大双语教学经费的投入,积极推进双语教学在我省高校的顺利实施。
