新公共管理视角下我国服务型政府建设探析

随着市场经济体制的逐步完善,我国政府又开始探索新一轮的政府变革,即建设"公共服务型政府"。目前,构建服务型政府是我国政府管理方式转型的主导趋势。新公共管理理论将市场竞争机制和企业管理方法引入到公共服务的提供中来,用于改造传统的政府公共服务模式,为我们提供了一个独特的研究视角。目前,对新公共管理视角下的我国服务型政府建设进行探讨,不仅必要而且十分重要。

The Perspective of China's Construction of a Service-Oriented Government from the New Public Management Theory

With the market economy gradually improving,our Government has begun to explore a new round of government changes,that is,the construction of "public service-oriented government".At present,building a service-oriented government management of our government are leading the trend in transition.The new public management theory which pulls the mechanism of market competition and corporate management practices into the transformation of the traditional government's public service model,provides us with a unique perspective.At present,the theory of New Public Management from the Perspective of China's service-oriented govern-ment building-related discussion is not only necessary but also very important.
