| 摘 要： | 技术壁垒已成为影响我国外贸发展的重要因素,加入WTO后我国外贸出口面临的这一问题更加突出。技术壁垒已经取代反倾销,成为我国出口面临的第一大障碍,入世后我国出口受国外技术壁垒的限制更加严重,要突破技术贸易壁垒应尽快规范和完善我国的技术性贸易保护体系。
