| 摘 要： | 互联网环境下的公民权益保护问题,一直是一个世界难题。我国公民遭遇到的网络侵权问题日益突出,在公民权益保护领域,我国存在着立法后滞、监管不力、公民防范意识差与保护技能不足等问题。要切实保护我国公民互联网环境下的合法权益,应在加速立法、强化监管以及加强国际合作等方面做出努力。

| Abstract: | The protection of civil rights and interests in the internet environment has been a problem in the world. And the internet infringement encountered by the citizens in China has also been increasingly prominent. However, on this aspect, there still exist various problems in China like lagging legislation, ineffective supervision, weak civil protection awareness, poor protection skill, etc. Therefore, in order to practically protect the civil rights and interests in internet environment, we shall make efforts in the aspects including speeding up legislation, enhancing supervision, enhancing international cooperation, etc. |
