| 摘 要： | 充分就业是民生之本,是保持政治、经济和社会稳定的关键因素。政府应解决好就业问题,大力发展劳动密集型产业,大力扶持中小型企业,大力发展民营企业,加强劳动力市场建设,以实现以人为本、安居乐业和构建和谐社会之目的。

| Abstract: | The full employment is the key factor of political,economic and social stability.The government should solve the problem of employment as the central aim of harmonious society.By advancing labors intensive industry and private enterprises energetically,supporting the medium and minor enterprises,and strengthening the labor market construction,we can carry out the point of people oriented,living and working in peace and contentment and building the harmonious society. |
