高校基层党支部书记工作方法探讨

The Exploration of the Work Method for the Party Branch Secretary

Keeping on scientific development demanding,college fundamental Party branch secretaries have to use some means,such as,giving more typical demonstration,doing more practical work,grasping the center,coordinating branch teams,grasping the art of ideological work,"playing the piano" and employing skills,to improve the work methods and the art of leadership.Only in this way,under the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,can we implement the Theory of Scientific Development comprehensively,lead the general teachers and students to strive for new victory of the comprehensive construction for affluent society,and promote the large career of making greater contribution to the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
