Party Institutionalization and Country Governance System Change in Transition Period---Analysis of China Communist Party System Institutionalization during Reform and Open Period

Political development and democracy transition were th e mainstream paradigm of political Party institutionalization. These paradigms and their approaches neglect the importance of Party in the policy process and country governance. The research of Party institutionalization from the perspective of country governance attaches its importance in the country construction, policy process and governance network. It focuses on the casual mechanism between Party institutionalization and country governance in order to ex-plore the revival of Party research in the comparative politics. The paper points that the institutionalization of China Communist Party is the key variable of dynamics and path .With the improvement of institutionalization level of China communist Party, it improves the ca-pability of country governance and renews the mechanism to achieve the goal of the progressive change of .Although the gigantic transi-tion pressure of China, and China Communist Party can provide the value and system dual support for the development of country gover-nance system.
