| 摘 要： | 从发展哲学的视角来看,社会主义核心价值的基本内容应该包括和平与发展、科技与人才、创新与共富、竞争与和谐这四个方面,集中体现出了社会主义的本质性、时代性、民族性与国际性。这些精神文化品质构成了当代中华民族的立国之本、兴国之魂,是创造民族振兴、建设文化强国的根本和基础。

| Abstract: | From the angle of philosophy, the development of the socialist core values should contain four aspects ; the basic con- tent of peace and development, technology and talents, innovation and affluence, competition and harmony, which reflect the socialist nature, times, nationalism and internationalism. These spiritual cultural qualities consist of the foundation and the soul of the contempo- rary Chinese nation, which is also to create the rejuvenation, construct cultural powerful country. |
