The Research on Risk Decision of Investigation from The Perspective of Bounded Rationality

The investigative decision plays a decisive role in criminal investigation work, directly determining its success or failure. Targeting at criminal cases, the investigative decision is a kind of risky decision - making based on bounded rationality, usually affected by the subject of investigation, path of decision - making, concrete conditions of cases, as well as pressure of decision - making and so on.
