心理契约视角下的公安队伍正规化建设研究

摘    要:心理契约是一种非正式的、不成文的心理感觉,所反映的是组织与组织成员彼此间对于对方所“应有”的一系列隐性权利义务关系的理解。它主要体现组织成员在组织中的工作满意度、工作参与度和组织承诺度等基本心理状态。公安队伍正规化建设的实质是人的心理和行为的管理。从心理契约理论的视角,解决正规化建设中存在的问题的关键就在于实施以素质管理、岗位管理和绩效管理为内容的“3P管理”,以凝聚人心,建立公安机关与警察之间平衡一致的心理契约。

Abstract:The standardized construction is the main line in the management of Police Team. Great progress has been made in the standardized management of public security organs in Shandong Province, but there are still some problems. The key to solve these problems is to carry out "three -Ps management" with the content of per- sonality management, position management and performance management, and to set up matched psychological contract between public security organs and policeman.
