警察幸福文化建设中的EEP模式

摘    要:EEP模式是一种直接作用于个人与机构绩效提升的人性化服务模式。在警察幸福文化建设中应用EEP模式,可在个体、群体和组织三个层次上开展增进警察文化与警察心理资本之间"契合"度的文化活动,实施自觉的人格管理,激发内在工作动机;重视情感需求,增强团队凝聚力;营造积极的工作氛围,提供良好的成长环境。以提升民警的希望、信心、坚韧性和乐观等心理资本,增强民警间的相互信任、合作和群体效能感,快乐工作,幸福生活,进而提高工作绩效。

Abstract:EEP (Employee Enhancement directly enhance the performance of individuals and ) mode is a kind of humanized service mode which can organs. As for the application of EEP mode to the construction of police' s culture of happiness, cultural activities may be developed at individual, group and organization levels to enhance the fit between police' s cultures and police' s psychological capital, ie, implement concious personality - based management to stimulate internal working motivation; attach great importance to emotional needs to strengthen team cohesion; create an optimistic working atmosphere to provide a good growth environment. In this way, police's psychological capital such as hope, confidence, firmness, and optimistic spirit can be enhanced; mutual trust, collaboration and team effectiveness can be strengthened and police officers can enjoy their work and lead a happy life and thus improve their work performance.
