| 摘 要： | 本文通过对西部开发过程中职务犯罪产生有关问题的分析 ,预测可能出现的职务犯罪类型 ,其中包括投标招商过程中、行政审批过程中出现的职务犯罪 ,贪污、挪用款项、职务侵占等职务犯罪 ,移民过程中出现的职务犯罪 ,“保护伞”类的职务犯罪等。

| Abstract: | This article focuses on the backgrounds,the forecast and the prevention of the crimes of authority during the exploitation of the west of China. The crime types include a few kinds of the crimes of authority happening in the corruption, the immigration, and the management taking charge of the government. The prevention methods are composed of building up the suitable laws, cutting down the process of examining and being careful of the audit. |
