| 摘 要： | 在全球化背景下,双重(或多重)国籍政策推行已经成为国际社会国籍法的变化趋势。我国坚持单一国籍政策,学术界也大多不主张修改国籍法。若从海外华人与祖国大陆联系重要性的角度看,双重国籍政策可以团结海外华人、增强中华民族凝聚力,也是国家借用海外华人力量和国际影响力的突破性战略手段。当前,我国调整和修改国籍法,有限度或有针对性地实行双重国籍政策是可行的。

| Abstract: | It has been a new tendency for the global community to push a dual-citizenship policy under the background of Globalization.China hangs on exclusive citizenship policy,and in academic circle,most scholars decline to propose the amendment to law of nationality.Nevertheless,from the point of outstanding significance of overseas Chinese to their motherland,the dualcitizenship policy can rally overseas Chinese,strengthen the cohesiveness of Chinese nation,also can be a strategic breakthrough of state invoking overseas Chinese power and their international force.At present,it is feasible for China to amend or alter nationality law for a finite and contrapositive dual-citizenship policy. |
