| 摘 要： | 在当前信息化社会和政治经济全球化的趋势下 ,建立全球战略管理型政府就显得十分必要和迫切 ,它要有开放的管理理念、远大的管理目标、卓越的政府能力、灵活高效的行政体制以及现代化的管理手段等。无论从微观还是宏观上来说 ,中国都具备了建立全球战略管理型政府的可行性。

| Abstract: | At present,it is indispensable and urgent for China to construct a globalized and strategically supervising government in the trend of IYFT and the globalization of politics and economy.This calls for open notion of management,long range causes of management,superexcellent governmental capability,ingenious administration system,modernized supervisory instrumentality,and so on.China has been provided with the feasibility for constructing a globalized and strategically supervising government from the top down. |
