| Abstract: | Second board market is the maket different from main board market. The significance of establishing it is mainly in providing financial support for rapidly growing medium-and-small sized enterprises and high-tech enterprises. The establishment of second board market needs the support of a series of institutions. At present some problems of company law need to be solved for the establishment of second board market. |
