| 摘 要： | 出入境边防检查机关是国家对出入境的中外人员和交通运输工具施行检查和监督的政府职能部门 ,担负着维护国家主权、监护边境安全、维持口岸秩序、保障国家对外开放和经济建设顺利进行的重大使命。随着改革开放的深入和知识经济时代的到来 ,面对加入 WTO这个新课题和两岸经济互动的新态势 ,我们需要用全新的视角来审视边防检查工作 ,以新姿态迎接新的机遇和新的挑战 ,加强出入境边防检查队伍素质建设 ,以适应形势发展的需要

| Abstract: | Chinese Frontiers Inspection(Immigration)is a kind of office which safeguard the sovereignty,opening policy and economical construction of the People's Republic of China,mintain its security and social order and facilitate the exit and enrty of persons and means of transportation.With the deepening of reforming and opening,coming of knowledge economy,facing the problem of entering into WTO,we should judge immigration job with new angles and face new chances and challenge in new postures.The main point of the thesis is how to strengthen establishment of Immigration Officers' quality in new circumstances. |
