| 摘 要： | 乡镇事业单位的改革是社会发展的必然要求和结果。改革的顺利推进要从指导思想的树立、行政环境的创造、足够资金的投入、职能的根本转变和剩余人员的妥善解决等方面入手。乡镇事业单位改革的成功将为我国新农村建设、乡镇的全面改革、乡村民主的提升以及其他各级事业单位的改革带来积极效应。

| Abstract: | The reform of township's public institution is the inevitable request & result of all kinds of social causes' development in the countryside.The successful reform needs to establish correct guiding ideology,create favorable administrative circumstances,invest enough capital,transform functions and solve remnant staff.The reform can bring active effects on the construction of new village,more comprehensive township's reformation,promoting the farmers' democratic sense and other public institutions' reformation. |
