| 摘 要： | 提高农业综合生产能力是当前解决我国“三农”问题中新的重大现实课题和重要的理论课题。非社会主义市场经济的农业科技制度,科技人员的思想文化教育缺失,农民作了长达50多年的超常贡献,对农业科技投入较少等都制约了利用农业科技提升我国农业综合生产能力。

| Abstract: | How to enhance comprehensive productivity in agriculture is a significant subject of research and actuality about solving the problems of agriculture,country and peasantry at present in China.To enhance agricultural comprehensive productivity by applying science and technology in our country is enslaved to technological system of non-socialist market economy,technicians' ideological ineducation,peasant excess devotion for more than half century,inadequate investment to agricultural technology and suchlike. |
