| 摘 要： | 目前,制约我国农村劳动力转移的制度供给短缺问题依然比较突出,这主要表现在各种非正规就业存在制度保障缺陷,农村基本养老保险缺乏分类管理的制度安排,农民工劳动权益保护制度缺失,农民工就业公共服务体系尚不健全,农民工流动就业政策法规体系不够完善等方面。

| Abstract: | At the stage of being,the system that stipulates rural labor force branch in China is prominently manifesting a short supply in manifold spheres.Chiefly speaking,there are some defects in systems that safeguard the rights and interests of informal employment;there is a shortage of institutional arrangement to classifiably manage rural basic endowment insurance;insufficient is the enactment of protecting peasant laboring rights and interests;unsound is the public framework that serves peasant laborers' employment;imperfect are the policy and law over peasant laborers' mobile employment;etc. |
