| 摘 要： | 公安机关党建信息化建设不仅是党建管理创新、技术创新、建设网络“大政工”的要求，也是党加强自身建设和发展的时代要求，同时也是党在新时期保持先进性的必然要求。我们要借助公安信息网络，建立公安机关党建工作网站，提高党的知识的再普及；开发、应用公安党务管理软件，提升公安机关党建效能；建设公安电子党务平台，不断推进公安机关党建信息化进程。
