进城务工青年社会心理状况研究

随着我国城市化进程的加快,进城青年务工群体在城市生活和工作中产生了诸多问题.文章以国家统计局发布的统计数据为基础,对进城务工青年的以价值观为核心的社会心理现状、产生的社会心理问题及其原因进行探讨.研究发现：进城务工青年体现在工作和生活中的价值观呈现多元化、个性化、现实化趋势,同时也面临城市归属感缺乏、心理需求和维权需求受阻等社会心理问题.

On the Social Psychological Status of Young Migrant Workers

With the speeding up of urbanization in our country, the young migrant workers have many problems in their city lives and works. In this paper; on the basis of the statistics from the national bureau of statistics, young migrant values which is the core of the social psychology, social psychology problem, and the reasons are discussed. The study found that the values of young migrant workers in work and life showed a trend of diversification, personalization, realistic. At the same time ,they are also facing the sense of lacking of city belonging, and such psychological problems as psychological needs, rights protection needs are blocked.
