志愿组织配合党政实施公共服务并协助社会人群,从社会资源调配、社会管理创新、社会融合和谐等角度推动社会管理创新.文章在社会组织放开注册、政府购买公共服务、共青团枢纽型组织逐步建立、社工与志愿者加强合作等社会建设背景下,从社会化与专业化发展方向、与枢纽型组织的关系、社工与志愿者联动协调和自身组织能力建设等四个维度,提出了民间志愿组织角色定位以及发展思路.

Thoughts about the Development of Voluntary Organizations in Social Development——Take Guangzhou City for Example

Voluntary organizations play a positive role in social development. They help the Party and government institutions provide public services, aid social groups and improve the social system by optimizing the allocation of social resources, stimulating the innovation of social management, promoting a harmonious society, etc. At the same time, social development also promotes the development of voluntary organizations and provides a new path for their future development. As the registration of social organizations becomes easier, the government starts to purchase public services, the hub-type organizations of the Communist Youth League gradually take shape and social workers and volunteers enhance their cooperation in recent years, it talks about the role of civil voluntary organizations and some new thoughts about their development from four aspects （socialization ＆ specialization, the relationship with the hub-type organizations, coordination of social workers and volunteers and the self-improvement ability） , hopefully with a theoretical and practical significance for the voluntary undertaking.
