浅谈青年网络政治参与的引导问题

当前网络已经成为青年政治参与的重要途径，面对青年网络政治参与的关注点从注重个体利益转向群体利益、看重政府应对突发事件的速度和态度、更易受舆论领袖影响等发展趋势，文章认为可以从确立引导目标并实施分层管理、政府主动介入提高网络互动的有效性、重视并培养青年“舆论领袖”做好同伴教育三个方面入手，引导青年有序地参与网络政治。

On Guidance of Political Participation on Network for Youth

The current network has become an important way in political participation for youth. Aiming at the situations such as changing from focus on individual interests to group interests, emphasis of speed and attitude of government responding to emergencies, development trend of more vulnerable to the impact of leader＇s opinions, the article puts forward three measures such as establishing guidance and implementing of separated layer management, government＇s initiative to intervene to improve the effectiveness of network interaction, attention and training of young ＂opinion leaders＂ for peer education, in order to guide youth in orderly political participation on network.
