| 摘 要： | 在法律教育和法学研究方面 ,我国的法律院校尤其是西部地区的法律院校 (含系、所 )存在着一个共同的误区 :法律人才培养市场定位的唯城市取向和法律学术生产市场定位的唯城市取向。这对西部地区的大部分法律院校来说恰恰是“扬短避长”。如何充分发挥西部地区高等法律教育和法学研究的比较优势 ,进而实现全国法律教育和法学研究的优势互补和均衡发展 ,是当前我国法律教育和法学研究中面临的一个重大课题

| Abstract: | In legal education and law study, the law colleges and universities, especially those in West China, have a common misunderstanding: city-oriented location in the market of legal personnel training and legal academic production, which is exactly to foster weaknesses and circumvent strengths. It is a key issue in the fields of legal education and law study to bring into full play the contrastive advantages and to realize the complementary superiorities and balanced development. |
