| 摘 要： | “控制下交付”已成为国际间和各国侦查毒品犯罪案件的重要方法。只有从毒品犯罪活动情报线索的发现入手 ,树立长期经营的思想 ,加强侦查工作的保密意识、精心设计侦查中的各个环节 ,才能保证成功实现“控制下的交付” ,稳、准、狠地打击毒品犯罪 ,完成禁贩缉毒任务。 |

| Abstract: | Trade under the Police Control" has become a very important method to investigate the drug crime case all over the world. In order to ensure the success of "Trade under the Police Control" ,fight against drug crime steadily, accurately and forcefully and fulfill the tasks of prohibition of drug and anti-narcotic it is necessary to begin with the finding of the clue to the drug crime, set up a long-term target against drug crime, enhance the consciousness of keeping secret and design every detailed part carefully during the criminal investigation. |
