对我国反恐怖体系建设的构想

恐怖主义是当今世界的公害之一 ,随着国际恐怖主义活动日渐猖獗 ,国际恐怖主义分子在我国境内利用恐怖手段进行的刑事犯罪活动 ,成为危害公共安全和社会稳定的新问题。公安机关应建立起指挥统一 ,高速灵敏等应急机制 ,相应的构建我国的反恐机构以及反恐部队 ,坚决打击任何形式的恐怖主义 ,积极消除滋生恐怖主义的土壤 ,维护国家的安全和稳定。
