| 摘 要： | 修复式司法不仅仅是以前瞻性的观点来思考犯罪的性质,处理犯罪的后果,主张以修复代替惩罚,矫正加害人、补偿被害人、促进社会和谐,而是提供了思考问题的新视角,应拓展到社会的各个领域。
