| 摘 要： | BOT投融资方式是近年来兴起的一种新的项目投融资方式。BOT投融资方式对于投资额大、专业技术强的基础设施建设有着巨大的前景 ,对我国有着重要的意义。由于我国现行法律法规对BOT投融资方式的定位和保障尚处于基础阶段 ,限制阻碍了BOT投融资方式在我国的发展。因此 ,健全我国BOT投融资法律体系是极为重要的。
