| Abstract: | Beginning with the general theory of the liability for the breach of contract, the author discusses the relationship between the three sorts of liability: earnest money, damage compensation and contractual fine, so as to solve such legal problems as the concrete applications of the three liability forms in reality and whether they can be adopted simultaneously .The author puts out the several problems worthy notice during the application of them. |
