| Abstract: | The paper explains the concept, nature, exertion as well as relevant theories of guarantor's right to recover losses so as to apply the guarantee legal system appropriately in our practice, embody the principle of impartial liability and at the same time guarantee the fulfillment of guarantor's right to recover losses, promoting the exertion of the guarantee function and effect of the guarantee legal system in the course of developing our market economy. |
