对设立中小企业“还贷过桥资金”的研究

为了应对国际金融危机及国内宏观经济紧缩出现的中小企业融资难问题,可由政府主导在银行和中小企业之间设立还贷过桥资金,帮助贷款到期短期内无法还款的中小企业偿还贷款,以保证中小企业的持续健康发展。

In order to cope with the diffi culties in fi nancing of small and medium enterprises from international financial crisis and domestic macroeconomic tightening,government can lead to establish the bridge loan funds between bank and to help the small-medium enterprises,which can not repay loans in short term,repay loans in order to ensure sustained and healthy development of small and medium enterprises.
