| 摘 要： | 开展社会管理创新工作是中央政法委提出的“三项重点工作”中的一项重要工作。武夷山市公安局开拓思路，积极探索，形成了以构建和谐警民关系为主线，依托互联网QQ警民互动平台、警务督察信息系统、执法办案网上监督系统三大网络信息化平台，以领导带班联勤督察为支撑的武夷山市公安局大监督模式。

| Abstract: | Enforcing social management innovation is one of the ＂Three Important Tasks＂ that Central Politics and Law Committee put forward. Wuyi Mountain Public Security Bureau opens mind for new ways and explores actively to build harmonious relationship between police and the people, forming three main web information platforms based on the Internet： QQ police and people interaction platform, police super- vision information system and law enforcement internet supervision system. An overall inspection mode based on joint inspectors-an authority taking the lead-is thus formed. |
