福建省刑侦信息化建设的瓶颈和前景探析

公安“三项建设”给刑侦信息化带来了前所未有的发展机遇。近年来我省刑侦信息化虽然取得长足发展，但仍存在思想认识不够、信息质量不高、人员素质不齐、工作机制不畅、资源共享不足等方面的问题。针对上述问题，应从系统建设、资源整合、实战应用、完善机制、历练队伍等方面进行加强，从而推进刑侦信息化的全面发展。

The ＂three-building＂ brings unprecedented opportunities for development to the Criminal Investigation Information construction. Forensic information technology has its own unique content and development advantages, our province criminal investigation information has many bottlenecks such as quality of the information is not high, uneven quality of personnel, poor working mechanism, and sharing of resources is not enough. Measures should be taken to promote the comprehensive development of criminal investigation information in the aspects of system construction, resource integration, real applications, improvement of the mechanisms and life experiences in response to those problems.
