“人肉搜索”与个人信息安全问题刍议

“人肉搜索”作为后起的新兴的网络技术手段，对网络信息安全的影响很大，尤其是对个人信息安全构成了巨大的威胁。尽管“人肉搜索”具有一定的积极意义，但同时也存在严重的侵权问题，其主要原因是网络自身的特性、我国网民素质不高、网络基础管理不到位和立法滞后等。应针对上述问题，积极寻求解决的对策，在切实保障个人信息安全的前提下发挥“人肉搜索”的证明作用。
