| 摘 要： | 在散打教学中推行“以赛代考”,才能真实反映并提高学生的实战水平。从散打比赛中运动员运用相关技术分析,必须在教学中注重提高腿法、摔法,必须加强技术运行准确性,以及身体总体素质训练。
