| Abstract: | To implement the strategy of community policing calls for a correct understanding towards the two connotations of its theory and practice, and towards the requirements for Chinese policing transformation, namely,changes in police services at local police stations, in patrolling police services and in public security command system. Meanwhile, we must correctly understand and handle the relationship between community policing and the comprehensive administration of public security order, between the basic public security work and community construction as well. |
