| 摘 要： | 增加和谐因素就是增加与打击处理对象、管理服务对象、主要依靠对象之间的和谐因素,其意义远甚于减少不和谐因素。增加和谐因素,要从工作理念、细节、质量入手,高度重视措施研究;要从体制、机制、管理的和谐入手,努力推进制度建设。

| Abstract: | To increase harmonious factors,namely,is to increase harmonious factors with the objects being attacked and punished,with those being managed and served and those being mainly relied upon,so it is much more significant than to decrease the inharmonious factors. To achieve this,we should start out from the concepts,details and qualities of work,pay great attention to the study of measures,and set out from the harmony of system,mechanism and management so as to successfully push forward the construction of system. |
