在押社会底层人员罪犯的犯罪原因研究——基于“从监狱押犯构成透视社会管理创新”的课题调查

近年来,社会底层人员犯罪呈逐渐上升趋势,调查统计,当前监狱在押罪犯中,社会底层人员罪犯占据了绝大多数,因此,探究社会底层人员犯罪原因尤为必要。就社会底层罪犯的犯罪原因而言,诱生因素存在于个体、社会、家庭三个方面,对于重新犯罪罪犯还包括监狱管理方面的因素,这些因素相互联系,综合发挥作用,其中任何一个因素孤立起来都不能单独产生犯罪的结果。只有深入探究并认清社会底层人员犯罪原因,才能有针对对性地预防犯罪,并为社会管理创新提供有力的依据。

Study on the Criminal Causes of the Prisoners from the Bottom of Society-Based on Vestigation of Social Management Innovation from the Perspective of the Prisoners＆#39;Structure

In recent years , the number of criminals from the bottom of society has been increasing gradually , and it predominates all criminals currently .That＇s the reason why it is of neccesity to explore their causes behind the crime.It is believed that the induced factors in this kind of crime exist in the individual , society and family , and for those reoffending criminals , prison management should also be included .These factors interact with each other and act coordinately , and any one of them cannot alone produced the result of crime .Therefore, only deep study of the criminal causes of the prisoners from the bottom of society can have a positive effect on the prevention of crime and provide a strong basis for the innovation of social management .
