地缘政策是一国外交战略的有机组成。我国地缘条件的客观复杂性与先天不足 ,使我现代化建设面临的周边态势不容乐观。稳健的地缘战略应以区域安全合作机制为支柱 ,立足本地区 ,巩固发展与东南亚和中亚诸国的睦邻友好 ;正确处理中美合作与斗争 ,灵活应对并制衡美国的霸权压迫。

Current Territory Situations and Neighboring Safety of Our Country

The territory policy is the mechanical combination for our foreign diplomatic strategy. The objective complicatedness and inborn weakness makes it impossible for us to optimistically face the surrounding situations during the process of our modernization of construction. Steady territory strategy should regard territory safety as its pillar, base on local areas, confirm and develop a friendly relationship with countries in south-east and central Asia, properly manage co-operation and conflicts with the U.S.A., flexibly handle and interact the supremacy and oppression from America.
