中国的国籍法原则刍议

中国的国籍法原则不承认双重国籍,这在一定的历史时期显示了独特的意义。但是随着我国改革开放的推进,越来越多的国人有机会走出国门,当其在海外受到损害时,该规定则不利于对他们的利益进行最为有效的保护,而且也与国际上大多数国家的做法相左。笔者认为我国应当果断地进行国籍法改革,使之尽快与国际接轨。

My Humble Opinion of the Principles of Chinese Nationality

The general principle of Chinese nationality system is that dual nationality has never been admitted, but with the development of Chinese opening and reform, more and more Chinese have gone aboard. When their legal rights get infringed, how to protect their rights and interests will be a big challenge to our present principle of nationality. Our present principle of nationality is also different from the trend of the world which prefers to the double nationalities or triple nationalities. So China had better to change nationality principle and try to adopt the double nationality in order to protect our citizens.
