| 摘 要： | 《联合国海洋法公约》是建立现代海洋秩序的基础性法律文件。认真研究《联合国海洋法公约》,系统比较岛屿及其相似概念、法律地位,进一步辨析群岛国与群岛的概念,对维护我国国家海洋战略、国家主权和国家利益具有极为重要的意义。
