高校学生户籍管理改革刍议

随着我国高等教育的快速发展,毕业生分配(就业)制度的改革由过去学生户籍档案入学时迁到学校,毕业时迁走的惯例已不适应社会变革发展的需要,现行高校学生户口迁移管理制度已暴露出不少问题。因此,改革大学生户籍档案管理模式已成为我国户籍管理工作的一项重要内容。

Reform on The Household Registration Administration of College Students

With the rapid development of Chinese higher education,the former job-assigning system for all college graduates,in which the household register followed with the students' enrollment,moving with them after graduation,is unable to adapt to the needs of the social change development any more.The present household registration system shows us a few problems,therefore,to reform on the household registration administration model of college students becomes a major part of China's household registration administration.
