云南假币犯罪现状浅析

打击假币犯罪已经成为公安机关一项长期而艰巨的任务,云南作为假币犯罪最严重的六个省市之一,目前存在立案数减少,涉案数额增加;涉案罪名以购买、出售、运输、持有、使用假币为主犯;犯罪组织趋向于家族化、集团化,手段隐秘化;受害人多为弱势群体,发案地多为边远山区和少数民族地区以及边境地区假币犯罪日趋复杂等特点。有关部门应同公安机关加大防范假币的宣传力度和打击力度,采取有效措施,建立社会联动机制,加强情报信息收集,有效遏制和根除假币所带来的危害。

An Analysis to the Present Situation of Counterfeit Crimes in Yunnan

Crackdown counterfeit crimes have become a long-term and arduous mission for public security departments.Yunnan province as one of the six serious counterfeit crimes provinces,present situation is that cases put on record is decreasing,and amount of counterfeit involve in each case is increasing.Accusal of the crimes is major for the reason of purchasing,sale,transport,holding and using counterfeit.The criminal units tend to become kin-related,collectivized and methods are secret.Most victims are vulnerable population,and usually in border,mountainous and minority groups areas.Further more,the counterfeit crimes along border areas are becoming increasingly complex.Related departments should work with public security departments to increase the propaganda degree and crackdown strength,to adopt effective measures,to build up joining efforts from the society,to reinforce information collection,thus effectively control and eradicate the harm bringing by counterfeit.
